Does someone have to guess what is wrong with my shoulder?
I generally avoid sports. However, discovered and loved racquetball when I joined a league and played once a week for a year or two. Sometime when my shoulder started badly. In recent weeks, the pain lasts longer and time until they hurt most of last week at the next party. There was no time to play I remember hitting a wall too hard or any other coup "Yeow!" time. I took a break for a few weeks, but when I returned it hurts in a couple of swings. I went to a family doctor and assumed that was probably tendonitis. I went to my college coach, who looked very briefly and guessed and tendinitis. I left the league, and probably had not played a month until a casual game of tennis with friends, driving with pain in the first blow. I do not think it's tendinitis. Note that almost never played sports all my life and I'm only 24 years.
I guess it's the rotator cuff dysfunction with a small tear impingment possible, an account or tear. Explanation top cuff dysfunction is like tendinitis of one or more of the shoulder muscles and can result from overuse or misuse. The muscle is inflamed and probably a bit worn. It can sometimes be relieved with rest, but may require physical therapy or worst -. Tear surgery is a breakdown of the ring cartilage (labrum) around the party that takes the ball of the shoulder. Can be degenerative (events over a period of time) or traumatic (sudden events). This does not improves with rest or treatment, surgery in general. Shock is the precursor of rotator cuff problems. The channel where they spend the muscles is small and origin of the muscle and bursa (fluid sac that reduces friction) of the nerves. This can improve with treatment or an injection of steroids. I recommend seeing a primary Sports or orthopedic care.
