Does your shoe size go down when you lose weight?

I’m planning on losing around 45 pounds so I wanted to know if it will affect my shoe size or not.

It can- your shoe size such as how long your feet are will stay the same, like you if are a 9- you will stay a 9- but if you are a 9 “wide” and you loose a lot of weight- you probably won’t be a wide anymore.
There is a lot of fat in your feet, and if you loose weight you loose some fat in your feet too. I lost nearly 50lb and my feet have seemed skinnyer, but it has not shrunk in shoe size.
