Questions about the JanSport Big Student Pack?

Hey. I'm going back to school soon and I need a new bag back. Looking Great JanSport Student Pack, but I have some questions. 1. What is the size zippered compartments on both principal? 2. The zippers get caught easily? 3. How sustainable? (Example: The reinforced bottom, is the material of good quality, tear belts in the middle of traffic?) 4. How should we handle loads heavy?
