If golf GPS units worth the money? Have you lowered your score?
I have heard different views on the GPS unit for golf. Some people say it would be nothing without the golf, and others say it is better than a novelty item. If you own one, what is your opinion? Has improved your score?
I have one and use it regularly. The good: If you are mystified by distance, for example, or any other place markers oil are not generally very useful. Most courses Marks decent if you are in or near the street. The bad 1) You become dependent on them and forget how to calculate distances itself constantly. 2) Your golf buddies will harass. You will be bombarded by an avalanche of "how am I?" questions. If the distance is inaccurate, it is now your guilt. It becomes a real pain in the club after one or two holes. Can be very distracting. Has lowered my score? Maybe. All I did was wrong illuminate my distance shots missed. Has not eliminated my bad shots. Tell your partner to get an error and golf instead.
