What do i do with bag of red potatoes?

My husband is deployed, so its just me and my 2 kitties i have a bag of red potatoes and i’m not sure what i can make with them? any recipes? (i don’t like potato salad, cold potatoes are weird to me)

Lots of things you can do!

My favorites are:

Garlic Red Potato Mash
Scrub potatoes, leave skins on, dice up and boil with some salt and a clove of crushed garlic. Drain. When mashing, add butter, milk, salt & pepper, a few more cloves of crushed garlic and some parmesan cheese. MMMMM….

Roasted Red Potatoes:
Scrub & quarter the potatoes. Place in a glass baking dish. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil. Season with garlic, fresh chopped basil, oregano, salt & pepper. Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes or until they are a little crispy on top and are cooked all the way thru. Slightly mix once during baking.

I usually go to www.allrecipes.com and do an ‘ingredient search’ when I have something that I don’t know what to make into.
